Saxonburg, PA
We recently had the privilege of completing a large-scale concrete project for the ALDI Distribution Center in Saxonburg, PA. The job was divided into three areas, each with its own unique challenges and tight deadlines.
The first area, spanning 7,000 square feet, needed to be torn out and replaced within just one week of starting. Our team rose to the occasion, tearing out, prepping, and pouring the entire 7,000 square feet in an impressive four days.
One week later, we moved on to the remaining two areas, totaling 8,000 square feet. While the timeline for these sections allowed for more flexibility, our team maintained the same level of efficiency and completed both areas in just five days.
In total, we poured 300 yards of concrete over a 10-day span, ensuring a high-quality finish that will stand the test of time. This project is a testament to our commitment to delivering top-tier results, even under pressure.
Thank you to ALDI for trusting us with this critical work. If you have a commercial or residential project that demands precision and efficiency, we’d love to help. Reach out today to see what we can do for you!
JB Concrete Enterprises completed another patio with durability and style in mind. For a patio this size, we augered critical footers throughout the front of the slab to support the thickened edge and handle the weight. This ensures the slab remains stable over its lifespan, preventing it from pulling away from the house or developing structural cracks over time.
For the decorative portion, we used Halestorm Grey with a charcoal release powder for the main surface, creating a natural, textured look. The border was finished with a black stain, and we added a stained compass centerpiece to tie everything together with the brick on the house.
This year, JB Concrete Enterprises had the opportunity to work on a custom home project, handling all the concrete work from start to finish. This included 120 yards of footer, 60 yards of concrete stem walls, and 80 yards of slab on grade for a total of 260 yards!
We managed every phase, from the architectural planning to delivering a turnkey concrete solution. On top of that, we handled all site and civil services, which included three 1,000-foot utility runs over a major hill to supply water, gas, and sewer services to the new home.
If you’re looking for a turnkey concrete company capable of tackling any project, JB Concrete Enterprises is among the best.
JB Concrete Enterprises LLC recently wrapped up a stamped patio for a custom-built home that truly stands out. This 25-yard pour was completed and stamped in just one day, and the results speak for themselves.

Brookline, PA
Recently, JB Concrete and our team undertook a substantial and logistically complex project involving the construction of a retaining wall in Brookline, PA. This significant endeavor required meticulous planning and execution under challenging conditions.
The project involved the use of 200,000 lbs of large concrete blocks, which were initially unloaded a street over and then shuttled down a narrow back alley to the job site—a compact 50x30 backyard. The complexity of transporting such a large quantity of materials in a restricted space was managed with precision and care.
The initial phase of the project included demolishing the old wall, involving the removal of roughly 180 tons of dirt and block. This process was critical to preparing the site for the new structure.
After clearing the site, we accurately located the existing property pins to lay out the foundation for the new retaining wall. Construction was carried out strictly according to the engineered drawings, ensuring each step was performed with utmost accuracy.
The construction of the wall was nearly completed within an impressive four-day timeframe. This expedited schedule was driven by the threat of rain, which posed a risk of the backyard caving in. Our proactive measures and efficient execution prevented any potential delays or safety hazards.
With the new wall now in place, the homeowner and their neighbors can feel secure, knowing that they will not have to worry about the stability and integrity of their retaining wall for many years to come!
JB Concrete Enterprises recently completed a broomed concrete driveway that delivered both quality and durability. After carefully pouring and leveling the concrete, we added a broom finish to give it a clean, textured look and improve traction—perfect for handling rain, snow, and everyday use. This finish is tough, low-maintenance, and blends seamlessly with the property, giving it a polished yet practical upgrade. The homeowner was thrilled with how it turned out, and we’re proud to have delivered a driveway that not only looks good but will hold up for years to come.

During the summer, JB Concrete was tasked with addressing a significant water leak into a local resident's basement. Upon investigation, it was discovered that water was flowing down from the road above, causing flooding onto the back porch below. The deteriorated old slab failed to prevent the water from collecting against the foundation and seeping into the house. JB Concrete's team concluded that a tear-out and replacement was the most feasible solution. The old slab was jackhammered out by hand and 6" of dirt was excavated. Subsequently, a new drainage system was installed and the new slab was meticulously prepared for installation. To ensure the slab could withstand the pressure of the hillside over time, special measures were taken to reinforce its structure. This included integrating a rebar mat supported on 2" chairs, and then binding wire mesh to the top. Part of the final check was to confirm that all water would flow into the new drains. This required making the drains the lowest point of the slab so that all water would be directed towards the center and into the drain.
